DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PARTICIPANTS

VEGGIE FACE
  • Each Team will be given 60 minutes to prepare an image in Adobe photoshop CS4 on the given topic on 24th August in IT Lab and then 1 minute to explain (tools and images used) in front of the judges. Best four teams will compete in auditorium in similar manner on 27th August.
  • Each Team will have to save the Photoshop image with the file name <Event Code><Team Code> as allotted to you after registration.
  • File will be checked for content, creativity, originality and technical knowledge.
  • No one is allowed to bring images in any storage device. If someone found guilty, he/she would be disqualified from the competition.
  • Once a system is allotted to you, check and intimate the volunteers immediately if there is any technical problem.


SYMPOSIUM
  •  Each Team will have to bring the presentation in the C.D. and submit it on 24th August by 8:15 A.M. in I.T. Lab to the volunteers.
  • C.D. should be properly named with <Event Code><Team Code> and the name of participants
  • Each team participants have to give explanation in front of the judges in 5 minutes.
  •  Best four teams will compete in auditorium in similar manner on 27th August.


EVENT REPORTING
  • On first day of the event (ie.. on 24th August) participants have to cover all the events, school’s sports complex, Labs, Biological Garden, Activity rooms, etc.
  • They can also add interviews of principal, Incharge, Teachers, Participants, Students and ex- students regarding role of computers in education and school.
  •  Each Team will have to bring the edited video in C.D. on 27th August and submit it in IT Lab at 8:00 AM sharp. Entries will not be accepted after 8:15 A.M.
  • C.D. should be properly named with <Event Code><Team Code> and the name of participants.

  • REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

  • ANY STUDENT INTERESTED TO GIVE THEIR INDIVIDUAL SOLO PERFORMANCE CAN CONTACT URVASHI MADAM BY 17TH AUGUST, 2012 
  • THE TEAM WILL BE CONSIDERED DISQUALIFIED IF ANY OF THE PARTICIPANT BACK OUT OR NOT REACHING AT VENUE ON TIME
  • PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO FOLLOW RULES AND REGULATIONS SET FOR THE EVENTS ELSE WILL BE CONSIDERED DISQUALIFIED
  • PRESENCE OF SAME PARTICIPANT IN MORE THAN ONE TEAM FOR THE SAME EVENT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
  • PARTICIPANTS PARTICIPATING IN EVENT REPORTING CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY OTHER EVENT
